Sapphire And Soul Yoga & Massage - Katie Stuckless

Meet Me

Katie, the proprietor and founder of Sapphire and Soul, is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Certified Stand-Up Paddle Yoga Teacher.

I am grateful for every experience that led to full-time entrepreneurship and the turning of a vision into a business. Through Sapphire and Soul, I am creating a manageable balance between work and life and a work environment and experience that I love. I enjoy travelling, exploring new cultures, hiking, paddling, and caring for my body, mind, and soul. I appreciate the outdoors and through the business generate an opportunity for self and others to enjoy at home many of the joys formerly only experienced on vacation.

Saturday morning SUP yoga with Katie at Sapphire and Soul was absolutely amazing. First time on a paddle board, Katie had us standing and paddling, which I didn’t think I’d accomplish this year. Yoga on the water is a totally different experience with the sound of the water splashing, the rocking of the board under your body, your fingertips and feet touching the water, the soft breeze flowing over your body, and the birds chirping. It truly was a gift in the moment. Look forward to joining a sunset class very soon!

Yoga on the water is such a beautiful and calming experience definitely recommend! Can’t wait to do it again!!!

I had a fantastic evening on the water with Sapphire and Soul in Pasadena. Beautiful views, calm waters and a very peaceful practice. I am not experienced with paddle boarding or yoga but Katie made me feel very comfortable on the board and water. I will definitely attend another class and would 100% recommend this practice!

If you love yoga and want to try something new, book a class with Katie and Sapphire and Soul! Truly an amazing experience!

My Aunt and I did an intro session and SUP yoga session with Katie and loved it! Everything about the experience was perfect, she was wonderful and so kind! would recommend, 11/10!

Yoga

While always intrigued by the practice of yoga, I often felt frustrated and a sense of disconnect during classes. I clearly remember the exact moment and the feelings of inner peace and stillness when the practice of yoga resonated with me. I still reminisce about the studio, class, instructor and instant that I knew that this practice would become part of my lifestyle and that I would someday share this calming practice with others. Through continued self-development, and a desire to be encircled by a community of like-minded friends and colleagues, I pursued and completed a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program.

I invite you to join me and find an asana (movement), pranayama (breath), meditation practice; a daily ritual that for you, will become nonnegotiable. Together we can explore on a journey of self-discovery.

Through my yoga practice I create space that induce healing, creativity, and self-discovery, in a calming and inviting atmosphere. Theses spaces help create mind, body, soul connection while offering balance and self-connection.

Sup Yoga

This calming practice invites you to celebrate gratitude for the elements of nature, focus and open the mind and release mental tension. Imagine stretching out and relaxing on an anchored paddleboard while feeling the gentle movement on the water beneath you. Relaxed hands feel the sensations of water moving between fingers as a gentle breeze wash over your body. Combine this with the warmth of the sun, sound of the water and singing birds… this is Savasana in a SUPY class.

From increased energy and vitality and improves sleep, circulatory health, flexibility, and strength, to decreased injury and stress, this practice will help with physical and mental balance, positive body awareness, mental clarity, and calmness. Combine these benefits with the advantages of spending time outside and immersing yourself in nature.
